Our additional services

With these additional services, the athlete can choose between several options: (1)Film Study, (2)Virtual Training, (3)Post Training Edits, and (4)Workout Programing.

 

 

 

Film study

With this service, you will gain a better understanding of what to look for when breaking down opponents film and your personal film. This service is provided face to face or via zoom.

Virtual Training

30- 45 min virtual training session where the player is guided through a series of drills

 

post training edits

Coach Grubbs will edit your previous training session and provide corrections, so that players can learn from their mistakes and correct them before the next session. These corrections are sent via video with captions, just like the picture above, that you can refer back to whenever necessary.

Workout Programing

If you are looking to practice and train on your own, but are not sure as to what to do, let Coach Grubbs help you by offering a specialized workout guide. Whether it is strength training or on the field work, Coach Grubbs provides programs that include drills and exercises for continued skill set development throughout the week. 

 

OTHER SERVICES

GTP is a one stop shop. We provide additional services that will help the athlete take his game to the next level. 

1 on 1

Get a game plan that is tailored to your goals. Each session will equip the athlete with the strength, skills, knowledge, and confidence they will need to compete at a high level.

Group Training

GTP offers group training to provide athletes with a healthy competitive environment.  Iron sharpens iron. Come get inspired and motivated by like-minded athletes that want to be great just like you. 

Strength Training

Strength training may be the missing ingredient you need to take your performance to the next level. At GTP, you will discover not only how to gain strength and build muscle, but you will learn injury prevention techniques that will allow you to train safely and effectively for a longer period of time.
